I wonder, what you do with e.g. my save file, because you don`t know, what choices i have made in early episodes ?? Imo, if you have played this game before, you should quite easyly begin a new game and use skip option with dialogue. It takes about 5 - 10 mins. to get at the end of ep. 10. My toughs only.

I think Tracy will die. MC will miss the shot and the bullet will hit Tracy. I hope that doesn't happen

No, i don't think so. It would make zero sense that way. Its either she dies or she lives. There is no reason to make choices with her otherwise just to see a different death of her within the same scene.

I'm going to stretch it a bit here but Mrs Turner's name is actually Alice, unlikely i know but there you go, no proof, no reason just a gut feeling.
The apparition is likely to be the Big bad(surprise surprise), perhaps in charge of Nora and co. or simply working both sides to his benefit, something like escaping the dream world as his motive.
Ignoring my totally senseless first point the twist that I really want to see is what/who the hell Alice really is and if it is even relevant now she has been mind controlled by the MC, has she even been mind controlled by the MC or is it a ruse like Nora?

Alice is a tough one for me too. Favorite character. I hope it's not terrible and there's a happy ending. Great suspense up to the last episode!
