3 moring snack seasonal fruiit and nuts
4 before lunch eat salad home food like lintels more less carb(rice roti)
5 evening snack peanuts or bhuna chana or paneer sandwich
6 halka dinner moong dal khichdi or poha or upma
Diet matters , exercise can be in any form

सारा दिन खाने पर ध्यान रखना पड़ता है। ये पैसे का खेल भी है क्योंकि प्रोटीन की चीज महंगी होती है। गरीबों के पास इतना पैसा नहीं होता

But too long, boring and not very effective method. Dry fasting with intense excercise and protein based diet will change body structure within 100 days not 2 or 3 years 😮😮😮😮
